Biosensor
The sensor carbon-based construction makes it conductive. At rest, the sensor has a fixed resistance value (in ohms); when subjected to elongation, the resistive value changes. Using code and a microcontroller (such as Arduino), we can calibrate and measure these resistance variations.
This project was to create a sensor with bio materials, so we chose bio plastic. With this bio plastic material, we decided to build a flexion sensor.
Challenges
Discover Bio materials
Learn to use the bio materials in a project of creating and build a sensor
Data Analyze
Learn to measure and analyze data from sensor via a set-up of an electronic circuit using an ESP32C3, a resistor, and our sensor to retrieve the resistance value of our sensor.
Sensor SNR
The SNR is the calculation of the noise captured during test from the arduino Card where the sensor was connected in the circuit. So to have a raw test, we needed to do some calculation to deduct the noise fom the ESP32C3 of the stretch of the flexion sensor.
